"Oh my goodness, where do I begin? From first contact to job completion there is nothing negative to say about Just Dump It. The house we needed cleaned out was a hoarders haven from top to bottom. Maybe not the worst, but plenty bad. Old mattresses that were stained, cigar boxes filled with 40 years of receipts for every bill ever paid. The floor was covered with garbage. Broken refrigerators (at least 3), old window air conditioners. Barrels of lead and brass. Did I mention hoarding? It didn't matter. The team of four came in and just "dug" right in. Literally. Using shovels, they quickly moved from room to room. They were courteous, had a great sense of humor, and made sure that anything that might have value - monetary or sentimental - was checked with us before tossing. They came across my father-in-law's old army dress uniform hat from WWII and asked if we wanted to keep it. And, my goodness, a number of times they brought folded up dollar bills and handed them to us. Did I say they were honest? It would have been so easy to just put the money in their pocket. Honestly, we would have never known. It didn't matter if it was only four dollars. It wasn't tossed or put in their pocket but brought to us. When the job was done, they cleaned up each room, sweeping it and cleaning it as much as possible with 80 years of dirt, dust and yes, I'll say it, filth. I cannot recommend Just Dump It more highly. Have not hired a company for this type of work before, but should the need arise, I will definitely use them again. Great job! You won't be sorry if you hire them for any job, big or small."

"The whole team was great. A project that would have been a big headache for me to deal with myself was taken care of quickly and efficiently, and it is a huge relief to have it off my shoulders. We had to clean out a property that was occupied by a hoarder. We filled up multiple dumpsters and hauled away an abandoned vehicle that I had been trying for years to get off site. No one complained about having to deal with some pretty gross stuff. They were able to explain if any items would incur additional charges (tires, mattresses, freon). They were diligent in cleaning up inside and outside- it was a windy day and some stuff blew around on its way into the dumpster. The pricing was very fair and clear. They showed up when they said they would show up. They called when they were on their way. They did what they said they would do. If that seems like a "low bar" then you haven't worked around many contractors! Hopefully I don't encounter another hoarder situation anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be sure to give Tom and the crew a call!"

"I was looking for someone to clear out under my deck, but I had read negative reviews about 1-800-GOTJUNK. I saw Just Dump It on Google, filled out the form and got a phone call the next morning. I made an appointment for the next morning. They were here a little early, looked at my stuff and asked if that was all I had. I showed them the basement back room and asked if they could empty that except for a very few items. They were here approximately 2 hours and cleared everything out. They even swept up my back room! Gary and John were both wonderful! Polite, personable and hard-working! I could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them for any clean out jobs."

"I rarely post reviews but my experience with Tom and Just Dump It was exceptional. We had a move across town with a large move of furniture plus lots we needed to dump/donate. Tom and his crew were on time, had great communication and did a great job wrapping/moving the furniture with care. They took great care with my Mom to make sure furniture, rugs etc were placed exactly how she wanted it. I would use them again for any future moves or clean outs!"

My experience was so good it was a no brainer to call them to manage my same day move in/out cleaning at 2 different locations.
