"Incredibly responsive to phone calls and emails. Other providers didn't provide for ease of contact, and was a key to going with Just Dump It. The owner, Tom, was incredible to work with. He ended up working the job, given scheduling, so I got to spend some time with him. Showed up, worked hard from start to finish, and they coordinate (and own) all of the roll-offs that we needed for the job. (Not having a third party to rent roll-offs is a huge strategic business advantage.) Broom swept any parts and pieces at the end. Totally satisfied. "I called Tom at 9:00 PM on a Friday night and asked him if he could have his guys to my house the next morning on Saturday and he was able to work it out for me even though he had some other prior arrangements that needed to get done as well The guys came got everything out with the quickness and very clean. "I rarely post reviews but my experience with Tom and Just Dump It was exceptional. We had a move across town with a large move of furniture plus lots we needed to dump/donate. Tom and his crew were on time, had great communication and did a great job wrapping/moving the furniture with care. They took great care with my Mom to make sure furniture, rugs etc were placed exactly how she wanted it. I would use them again for any future moves or clean outs!"

"Amazing job! Ranch house with basement completely cleaned out and swept. Carpets removed. Everything done in 1 day. I can’t say enough how much Tom made us feel so comfortable with the job.
